How to install a blog:

Install modules

Before you can just add a blog to your anymeta site you should make sure, that the following modules are installed:
- AccessControl
- Blog
- TagCloud

(you can check this at yoursite.com/admintools/index/ModuleLoader). Contact Mediamatic about installing the Blog Modules.

The blog module is automatically adding all the things to the database you'll need for a blog, namely a) the type BLOG and b) the role BLOGPOSTING.
adding a listpublish

Making a blog is then pretty simple. just make a LISTPUBLISH, give it the type BLOG and you're nearly ready to go. in case you want to make the blog the homepage, you have to give it the symbolic name HOME (be aware, that this will make the blog immediately the homepage, so consider it twice!)

Adding contributors

When you made the listpublish you have to go to the page of it and click on the 'EDIT THIS PAGE' button. you'll find something like:

Add contributors

Just add yourself and the people you want to be able to contribute to the list. (keep in mind that you won't see these people automatically in the view mode, they only appear there when they really contributed something to it)

Now everybody in the list of contributors will have a button in the edit modes of their pages where they can add the articles, artefacts, etc. to the blog.

The tagcloud is slowly growing depending on the content you're adding.
